Voice Lab

Voice Work
The voice work done in the voice lab adresses the person on all levels. It is based on the use of the body as the instrument for the voice and develops the possibilities of one's voice from this perspective.

The whole body becomes an instrument...
The spine forms the support for a flexible breathing muscular system.
The breath is the source of the vocal sound, the river of breath the carrier of vocal actions.
The body becomes the resonator of the vocal sound, the spaces in the body open up for the vocal vibrations.

This is a process of finding out and exploring; of releasing and melting; becoming aware and unfolding. It is a process that effects all levels of being and recognizes and  respects the voice an an expression of the person.
